Internal Communications and People Experience Lead

About the role

Nawy is reshaping real‑estate experiences in Egypt and needs a strategic communicator to keep its growing workforce informed, connected, and inspired. Reporting to the Senior People Experience and Employer Branding Manager, you will own internal communications while driving people‑experience initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Nawy’s internal communications strategy, aligning it with business priorities, culture goals, and the employee lifecycle.
• Conduct a full channel audit, create a roadmap, and maintain an editorial calendar that syncs with quarterly reviews, product launches, and hiring cycles.
• Design and manage change‑management communications for new processes, policy updates, system rollouts, and leadership transitions.
• Celebrate employee milestones—promotions, anniversaries, team wins, new joiners—with personalized content.
• Establish a measurement framework to track channel analytics, content engagement, employee sentiment, and manager cascade effectiveness.
• Collaborate with People & Culture and Employer Branding teams to ensure internal messaging is consistent with external brand promises.
• Lead people‑experience initiatives such as onboarding journeys, recognition programs, wellbeing campaigns, and culture activations.
• Plan and execute internal events, town halls, team days, and company‑wide celebrations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a closely related People Experience role, with proven strategic and operational ownership.
• Exceptional written Arabic and English, capable of crafting all‑hands messages and culture content with equal quality and tone.
• Experience designing and delivering corporate events, town halls, or large‑scale internal gatherings.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools, actively integrating them into the communications workflow.
