International Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven International Business Development Manager to create and nurture strategic B2B partnerships that generate qualified buyers for premium real‑estate projects in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with embassies, banks, wealth‑management firms, corporations, relocation companies and other organisations serving international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B partnership opportunities across local and international markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with embassies, corporations, banks, wealth‑management firms, relocation companies, brokerages and similar entities.
• Lead partnership meetings, deliver presentations and conduct commercial negotiations.
• Structure and close partnership agreements that generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful partner onboarding and ongoing engagement.
• Manage the partnership pipeline, forecasts and performance reports using the CRM.
• Represent the company at networking events, conferences and business meetings as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or partnerships.
• Proven track record of closing high‑value B2B deals and building long‑term strategic relationships.
• Strong commercial negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience with financial institutions, corporations, government entities or professional services is highly preferred.
• Self‑driven, proactive and comfortable opening new markets from scratch.
• Willingness to travel when required.
