International Management Trainee

About the role

The International Management Trainee program at Kraft Heinz is a 12‑month, full‑time development journey designed for recent graduates who aspire to become future leaders in the food manufacturing industry. Trainees join a cohort of ambitious peers, receive direct mentorship from senior leaders, and gain hands‑on experience across global business units.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple functions to understand end‑to‑end production, supply chain, and commercial processes.
• Contribute to real projects that impact factory performance and product quality.
• Collaborate with zone technical experts and international peers to solve business challenges.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (graduated on or after 2024) in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Food Science or Supply Chain.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong consumer focus, curiosity, and a willingness to take ownership.
