International Sales Manager – Pet Veterinary Market

About the role

We are looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to drive market development and sales growth for our pet veterinary business in your local region. The role combines strategic market analysis, client acquisition, and close collaboration with headquarters to expand our brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct local market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to acquire new distributors, agents, and end‑clients.
• Participate in international exhibitions and business meetings to promote brand localization.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and strategic partners through regular visits.
• Coordinate with technical and after‑sales teams to ensure order fulfillment and resolve complaints.
• Provide regular market updates and sales reports to headquarters.

Required profile

• Resident in the target market with strong knowledge of local language, culture, and business environment; professional English business communication required.
• Prior sales experience in pet diagnostics, pet healthcare, or pet products (candidates from other industries with strong sales skills are also considered).
• Established connections with local pet hospitals, veterinary chains, diagnostic labs, distributors, or agents.
• Self‑starter capable of independently developing the market, acquiring clients, and meeting performance targets.
