International Telesales Agent – Premium Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated International Telesales Agent to connect with buyers worldwide who are interested in premium real estate projects in Saudi Arabia. You will guide prospects through the entire sales journey, from initial qualification to closing, using online meetings and strong relationship‑building skills.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and qualify inbound and outbound leads from international markets.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable property options.
• Conduct professional online sales meetings with qualified prospects.
• Build trust and maintain consistent follow‑up throughout the sales cycle.
• Achieve monthly sales and activity targets.
• Keep system records accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate closely with Team Leaders and Managers to maximise conversion rates.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer‑facing sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confident presenting and selling through online meetings.
• Target‑driven, resilient and self‑motivated.
• Experience in international sales is a plus.
