Inventory Control Lead

About the role

We are seeking an Inventory Control Lead to maintain accurate inventory records, reconcile financial data, and provide critical reporting to support warehouse, supply chain, production, and procurement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure recording accuracy on Oracle ERP.
• Review documentation cycles for all stores and verify procedural compliance.
• Reconcile the inventory module with the GL module, identify deviations, and prepare monthly reconciliation and periodic reports.
• Monitor minimum, maximum, and safety stock levels and deliver timely reports to management.
• Track inventory aging, communicate monthly risk assessments to business partners.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, submit adjustments, and perform periodic physical counts.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Production, and Procurement to guarantee inventory accuracy.
• Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards within inventory areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory control or accounting.
