Inventory Controller – Supply Chain

About the role

Azza Fahmy Jewellery is seeking an Inventory Controller to ensure accurate stock levels across its warehouses and retail locations. You will play a key part in maintaining inventory integrity, supporting supply‑chain efficiency, and helping the business avoid shortages or excess stock.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels in all warehouses and stores.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits, reconciling system data with physical stock.
• Update inventory records in the ERP/WMS system and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Analyze stock usage trends, identify slow‑moving items, and provide insights for forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies, support internal and external audits, and address root causes of discrepancies.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain, warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or supply‑chain functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
