Inventory Specialist

About the role

The Inventory Specialist will join Gorilla Outfit’s Cairo warehouse to ensure accurate stock levels and smooth daily operations. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the supply chain by maintaining reliable inventory data and assisting internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular physical inventory counts and verify stock accuracy.
• Reconcile discrepancies and update inventory records in the system.
• Monitor stock movements and ensure products are stored, labeled, and organized according to company standards.
• Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to align inventory with demand.
• Assist internal and external stakeholders with inventory‑related inquiries.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance stock availability and reliability.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, warehousing, or inventory control.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).
• Basic knowledge of inventory software or ERP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑team coordination.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cairo, including standing, moving, and handling products daily.
