Investor Relations Specialist

About the role

The Investor Relations Specialist ensures that all regulatory, legal and disclosure obligations are met for a listed company. Working closely with Legal, Compliance and Finance, the role guarantees timely and accurate filings with the stock exchange and the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA). This position does not involve direct investor interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit mandatory disclosures to the Stock Exchange and the FRA within prescribed deadlines.
• Maintain and update corporate and listing documentation, including periodic reports, governance filings and public disclosures.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance and Finance teams to verify the accuracy and consistency of all submitted information.
• Support the preparation of Board‑approved disclosures, press releases and official filings.
• Act as the primary contact for procedural and documentation matters with the stock exchange and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, Capital Markets, External Audit or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with regulatory authorities, stock‑exchange requirements and listed‑company compliance.
• Exposure to IPO projects or capital‑market transactions is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA or IFRS are a plus.
