IT Analyst – L2 Support (Network, AD, Security)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Analyst to provide second‑level (L2) support for network, Active Directory, security and remote‑access issues. You will work within a global team, handling tickets, troubleshooting complex incidents and contributing to projects and service improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for network, AD, security and remote‑access incidents.
• Monitor and manage the ticket queue, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
• Administer user accounts, group memberships and permissions in Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.
• Analyze logs in AD, Exchange and Azure to resolve authentication and access problems.
• Maintain identity lifecycle management across HR systems and provisioning tools.
• Perform administration of Lotus Notes/Domino servers.
• Conduct basic network troubleshooting using topology and device configuration information.
• Investigate phishing attempts and analyse email headers to mitigate security threats.
• Participate in pilot projects, major changes and new implementations, providing testing and feedback.
• Act as technical interface and coordinator for internal teams and serve as IT Customer Success Manager for SITA and Orange Poland.

Required profile

• Experience in first‑level support is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

• Proactive, can‑do attitude and willingness to propose innovative ideas.
