IT Manager

About the role

The IT Manager will lead the company's technology landscape, ensuring reliable, secure, and high‑performing IT services across all retail locations and corporate offices. This senior role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on support to drive digital transformation and maintain business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Oversee POS systems and store IT infrastructure to guarantee seamless operations across multiple retail branches.
• Provide timely IT support for stores, head office, and business users to minimise downtime.
• Manage procurement of hardware, software, and technology‑related services, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Direct IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Administer technology assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Ensure availability, security, and performance of all IT services.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven track record managing IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and cybersecurity.
• Hands‑on experience supporting POS systems in a multi‑branch retail environment.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
