IT Manager – Lead IT Strategy & Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our Information Technology function, ensuring the availability, security, and continuous improvement of all IT systems and infrastructure across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, hardware, software, and communication systems.
• Ensure data security, cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery plans are effectively implemented.
• Oversee ERP systems and business applications, driving optimal performance and continuous improvement.
• Lead the IT team, assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and support employee development.
• Manage IT operations across all locations, guaranteeing high system availability and timely technical support.
• Prepare and control the IT department budget while optimizing technology investments.
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and telecommunications companies.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR devices, and network connectivity.
• Establish IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance, security, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field (MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
