IT Operations Manager

About the role

Network International is seeking an IT Operations Manager to ensure seamless operation of its payment processing systems across a network of banking clients. The role involves daily management of transaction files, reporting, and support for multiple payment schemes and processing platforms on a shift basis.

Key responsibilities

• Download, upload, and process incoming and outgoing files for Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, Meeza and CUP.
• Oversee MIGS and CyberSource platforms to maintain secure, efficient and compliant transaction flows.
• Conduct daily transaction checks and validations to prevent errors and fraud.
• Generate, validate and distribute approximately 250 daily reports to 130 banking clients.
• Develop custom reports based on client requirements and ensure delivery meets regulatory standards.
• Use and manage applications such as CMS, Mastercard Clearing Optimizer, Mastercard File Express, TWI and Visa Edit Package.
• Troubleshoot application issues, coordinating with vendors and internal IT teams as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing payment processing operations for banking clients.
• Familiarity with multiple payment schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, CUP, Meeza).
• Experience working with MIGS and CyberSource platforms.
• Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule to provide continuous support.
