IT Sales Account Manager – Hardware/Software/Network Solutions

About the role

PCS is expanding its sales team in Mohandseen and seeks experienced IT Sales Account Managers to drive growth across hardware, software, and network solutions. You will build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after‑sales follow‑up.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and propose appropriate IT hardware, software, or networking solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales.
• Proven track record selling hardware, software, or network solutions.
• Experience with an IT company, system integrator, or technology solutions provider.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Customer‑oriented with excellent relationship‑management skills.
