IT Senior Specialist – Technical Support

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Senior Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support across our head office and field sites in New Cairo. The role ensures smooth operation of all IT services, from desktops to network infrastructure, while maintaining high standards of security and user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users in the head office and sites via phone, email, ticketing system, or in person.
• Install and configure computer applications and operating systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network‑related issues.
• Serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing computer system problems.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and software installations.
• Maintain IT inventory, including computers, accessories, and software licenses.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports on support activities and system performance.
• Assist in training end users on various systems and technologies.
• Support deployment of new software or hardware systems within the company.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by management within the same specialty.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Very good command of English.
• Familiarity with remote assistance applications.
• Knowledge of network basics and SAP system administration.
