IT Support Specialist – Level 1 Help Desk

About the role

TaskUs is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide Level 1 technical assistance and basic systems administration for its Contact Center in Egypt. You will work with IT teams across Greece, the US and other locations, handling password resets, device setup, and supporting a range of Microsoft and Google services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support including password resets, desktop/laptop configuration, patching and new‑hire/termination processes.
• Monitor system health, evaluate availability, performance and capacity of assigned services.
• Identify and resolve operational and security issues promptly.
• Participate in enterprise‑wide technical projects and system upgrades.
• Coordinate vendor support for hardware, software and services.

Required profile

• Based in Egypt with a degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Relevant experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work occasional extended hours, nights or weekends.
