About the role
Join BairesDev’s Incident Response Team as a Java Technical Support Engineer. You will monitor Java‑based applications, respond to alerts, and resolve issues to keep critical systems running smoothly. The role is fully remote and open to professionals with a passion for Java and technical support.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support coverage during business hours.
- Monitor system performance and react to alerts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems in Java applications.
- Document incidents and share solutions for knowledge base growth.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement improvements.

Required profile
