Jewelry Salesperson

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Jewelry Salesperson to join our Heliopolis store. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the face of Jewelry Box, helping customers discover our Egyptian‑inspired collections and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, understand their preferences and provide expert advice on our jewelry and gemstone collections.
• Process in‑store sales transactions and strive to meet or exceed individual sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, including details of materials, designs, and the heritage behind each piece.
• Assist with visual merchandising, store organization and inventory presentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and after‑sales support.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in jewelry retail sales or luxury goods sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Attention to detail and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Required skills

• In‑depth product knowledge of jewelry and gemstones.
