Jr. Plumbing & Firefighting Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Plumbing & Firefighting Engineer to join our design team in Heliopolis, Cairo. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality building services designs while supporting sustainable and carbon‑aware solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed plumbing and firefighting engineering designs and calculations using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Prepare calculation reports and ensure designs meet performance and embodied‑carbon targets.
• Coordinate design packages, attend coordination meetings and review technical details.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in group discussions, seminars and events.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Power Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to the KSA market.
• Fluent practical English and familiarity with mechanical engineering terminology.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of plumbing and firefighting engineering principles, codes, regulations and standards.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, HAP and Elite design software.
• Experience in equipment selection and coordination principles.
