Jr./Sr. Designer – Interior & Visual Design

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Designer to lead and support interior design projects from concept through execution. Reporting to the Chief Designer and Art Director, you will translate sketches into detailed drawings, coordinate material selections, and ensure the design intent is delivered on site.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full scope of assigned projects, ensuring timely progress and execution.
• Develop preliminary design drawings based on sketches from senior designers.
• Organize concept presentation content, including material and finish selections, inspirational references, and visuals.
• Lead the visual and technical design process, preparing Material Boards, Avant‑Projet presentations, and FF&E selections.
• Maintain and update FF&E selections and material specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and refine schematic design drawings before technical submission.
• Provide project status reports and coordinate tasks for junior designers.
• Participate in client and internal meetings and conduct site visits to verify design implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar design role.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&E selections.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
