Junior Accountant – Fresh Graduate

About the role
El-Reda Steel is seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join its finance team in New Cairo. The role provides hands‑on experience in daily accounting operations within a leading steel and building‑materials company.
Key responsibilities
- Record financial transactions and maintain general ledgers.
- Process invoices and support accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and basic cost tracking.
- Prepare simple financial reports and help with month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on‑site in New Cairo and manage time in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop a career in the steel or construction materials industry.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP software.
