Junior Architect – Retail Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Architect to support our Projects & Maintenance Department in delivering retail store fit‑outs and ongoing maintenance across our portfolio of international fashion brands. Based in Cairo, you will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are executed from design through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in new store fit‑out projects and coordinate site progress and schedules.
• Support store maintenance follow‑up and quality inspections.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and imported fixtures.
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings and bills of quantities.
• Prepare technical office documents, reports and furniture installation plans.
• Conduct site visits, liaise with malls and international brands.
• Perform simple 3D tasks when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail fit‑out or interior finishing.
• Strong command of English and good communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Retail or shopping‑mall experience is a plus.

Required skills

• AutoCAD.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic proficiency with 3D modeling software.
