Junior Art Director

About the role

Kitopi is looking for a creative Junior Art Director to join its in‑house design team. You will help shape visual communication for a fast‑growing food‑tech brand, working across digital, print and packaging channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital assets for social media, CRM, paid static ads, website, email and mobile platforms.
• Support the creation of packaging, brochures, presentations and internal brand documents.
• Translate copy and concepts into effective layouts and visual storytelling.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Adapt global creative directions into culturally relevant designs for the MENA region.
• Collaborate with copywriters, content creators and campaign managers to produce integrated assets.
• Prepare files for web, social and print, handling resizing and export tasks.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and iterate on designs based on feedback.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of graphic design experience in an agency or in‑house creative team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating style, range and versatility across static ads, CRM graphics, social content, packaging and branding.
• Experience designing for food & beverage or restaurant brands.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Figma experience (plus).
