Junior Business Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Representative to join our team in Giza. You will help SMEs discover and select the right ERP and software solutions through our Partner Know platform, acting as the first point of contact for new prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads.
• Conduct discovery calls and guide potential clients through the platform’s matching process.
• Collaborate with senior business development and sales colleagues to move opportunities through the pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and prospects in CRM tools.
• Prepare basic sales collateral and gather market insights to support outreach campaigns.
• Assist in follow‑up communications with vendors and clients.

Required profile

• Strong interest in consultative, solution‑based selling.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus for interacting with regional SME clients.

Required skills

• Experience with lead generation and pipeline management.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
