Junior Communication Coordinator – Marketing

About the role

KTS International is looking for a Junior Communication Coordinator to join its Marketing and Communications department in New Nozha, Cairo. You will help ensure the company’s messages are consistent, timely, and aligned with brand objectives across internal and external channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create, review and rewrite English and Arabic content for social media, newsletters and other digital platforms, applying the appropriate tone of voice.
• Plan and support virtual and in‑person events, including global industry gatherings and business trips.
• Maintain brand stewardship by ensuring all communications follow brand guidelines and reviewing external contracts and partnership agreements.
• Coordinate internal marketing needs with various departments.
• Manage external communications and vendor relationships with agencies, printers and suppliers for marketing materials and event arrangements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hotel Management or a related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience (junior/entry level).
• Professional proficiency in English (mandatory); Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work shifts from 10 am to 6 pm, with Saturdays and Fridays off.

Required skills

• Photo editing or visual creativity.
