Junior Electrical Tender Engineer – Digital Solutions

About the role

Join a global, ethical company focused on energy‑efficient solutions. As a Junior Electrical Tender Engineer you will support project tenders from initial review through final quotation, ensuring Eaton’s technical offers align with customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse incoming RFQs and determine the fit of Eaton products across all solution families.
• Interpret tender drawings and specifications, preparing Comply‑Deviate‑Exception (CDE) documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, applications engineers, consultants and product owners to build competitive bids.
• Assist with costing, pricing and technical risk/opportunity analysis.
• Maintain tender timelines, communicate progress, risks and constraints to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering/design experience with electrical distribution systems in large‑scale installations.
• Familiarity with interpreting technical packages, RFQs and tender documentation.
• Strong communication and organisational skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
