Junior Engineer – Alterations

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Engineer to manage alteration requests from our customers. The role involves handling technical inquiries, coordinating modifications with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and follow up on customers’ alteration requests, maintaining clear communication.
• Analyse requested modifications and coordinate feedback with relevant internal and external parties.
• Review case status before processing insurance refunds with the CM team.
• Respond promptly to technical inquiries, complaints, and requirements in line with company policies.
• Document approved alterations and communicate them to the community team for work permission issuance.
• Update case status, feedback, and correspondence in SAP to ensure accurate records.
• Proactively address issues to minimise disruptions and delays.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify that completed work aligns with approvals and company regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

Required skills

• SAP (for case documentation and tracking).
