About the role
We are looking for a proactive Junior Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees. The role involves managing the reception area, handling communications and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, direct and manage incoming calls, emails and other correspondence.
- Maintain visitor logs, access records and reception documentation.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and support meeting arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and deliveries.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation and record management.
- Keep the reception area and common office spaces organized and presentable.
- Monitor office supplies and raise purchase requests as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings and employee activities.
- Address routine inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Commerce or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in front office, reception, customer service or administrative roles.
- Professional appearance with a customer‑oriented attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
