Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

As a Junior Graphic Designer you will own end‑to‑end creative development across digital, print and emerging channels, raising the visual bar for global campaigns. You will translate complex ideas into compelling visuals that drive engagement and measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute design concepts for digital, print and emerging media.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, UX and brand teams to ensure visual consistency.
• Lead design reviews and mentor junior designers.
• Maintain pixel‑perfect quality across all deliverables.

Required profile

• 0‑1 year of professional design experience in an agency or in‑house team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns and cross‑channel design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Growth mindset, bias for action and comfort in fast‑paced environments.
