Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

As a Junior Graphic Designer you will own end‑to‑end creative development across digital, print and emerging channels, raising the visual bar for campaigns that reach millions of customers worldwide. You will work closely with product, marketing, UX and brand teams to ensure every asset reflects an innovation‑forward identity and resonates across diverse markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual concepts from concept through production for global campaigns.
• Translate complex ideas into compelling graphics that drive engagement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align design with product and marketing goals.
• Lead design reviews, provide feedback and mentor junior designers.
• Maintain pixel‑perfect quality and consistency across all deliverables.

Required profile

• 0‑1 year of professional design experience in an agency or in‑house team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns and cross‑channel design.
• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Growth mindset, bias for action and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
