Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to create on‑brand digital and print assets for Jadeer’s projects, ranging from social media visuals to large‑format hoardings. The role requires fast turnaround while maintaining a consistent visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media visuals, digital ads, email/WhatsApp creatives, and website banners.
• Produce print collateral such as brochures, factsheets, flyers, exhibition booths, hoardings, and signage artwork, delivering print‑ready files.
• Support project launches with key visuals, teasers, and event branding.
• Apply and maintain Jadeer’s brand guidelines across all touchpoints; adapt masterplans and renders into marketing materials.
• Create simple motion graphics and reel edits for social platforms.
• Manage design requests and priorities with the marketing team to meet campaign deadlines.
• Organise and archive design files and brand assets; coordinate with printers and production suppliers for quality checks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Fine Arts or a strong portfolio.
• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within real‑estate, agency or fast‑paced in‑house marketing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to produce both digital and print work; portfolio required.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English typography.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (required).
• After Effects and Premiere (preferred).
• Familiarity with Figma or Canva.
• Experience with AI‑assisted design tools.
• Knowledge of print preparation: colour profiles, bleeds, large‑format artwork.
