Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Junior Graphic Designer is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Heliopolis. The role focuses on creating visual assets for both digital and print channels, such as social media graphics, course brochures, posters, and other promotional materials that reflect DFA’s brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for digital platforms and printed collateral.
• Support marketing and academic teams by creating layouts, selecting typography, and preparing artwork files for production.
• Collaborate with colleagues on creative concepts and refine existing designs.
• Adapt design materials for different platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback, keep design files organized, and meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in graphic design with the ability to translate concepts into clear visual communication.
• Experience in logo design and branding to uphold DFA’s visual identity.
• Proficiency in typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability in multilingual contexts.
• Good command of industry‑standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work, preferably with educational or institutional projects.
• Attention to detail, adherence to brand guidelines, and openness to constructive feedback.
• Effective time‑management skills and willingness to work on‑site in Heliopolis within a collaborative team.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
