Junior Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

Advansys is seeking a motivated Junior Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with foundational ML experience who want to grow their skills in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in designing and implementing machine‑learning models.
• Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and preparation for model training.
• Support evaluation, fine‑tuning, and monitoring of algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather project requirements.
• Document model training processes, results, and insights.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in AI/ML.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of machine‑learning concepts and algorithms.
• Familiarity with Python or R and experience with ML libraries.
• Experience with data manipulation tools such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Enthusiasm for learning new AI/ML technologies.
