Junior Product Designer

About the role

Bosta is looking for a Junior Product Designer to join its product team and help shape the experience of its web dashboard, mobile apps, and internal tools. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to turn business challenges into intuitive, high‑impact designs that serve customers, couriers, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive design vision in partnership with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct user research such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Analyze customer and business problems to uncover pain points and opportunities.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions, creating high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and deliver a cohesive user experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to implement design solutions and work with developers to ensure accurate implementation.

Required profile

• Strong ability to take ownership of features from sketch to implementation.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Interaction design (task flows, control layouts, conceptual models).
• Visual design (composition, typography, brand expression).
