Junior Production Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team in 10th of Ramadan City. The role focuses on supporting daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety while gaining hands‑on experience in steel and galvanization processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain production documentation, including process instructions and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the production area.
• Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the manufacturing process.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices and operational procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechanical Engineering, preferably from a government university.
• Preferably 0‑2 years of experience in steel manufacturing.
• Preferably knowledge of galvanization industries and poles manufacturing.
• Preferably resident of the October area.
