Junior QA Engineer

About the role

The QA Operations team at inDrive is looking for a Junior QA Engineer passionate about quality and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, global environment. The team builds reliable and seamless experiences for its users.

Key responsibilities

• Run regression test cases
• Report found bugs
• Correct test cases
• Write test cases and other test documentation
• Communicate with people within and outside the team

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of testing theory
• Practical experience testing mobile applications on Android and iOS
• Understanding of client-server application principles

Required skills

• Test design, writing test cases and checklists, and creating bug reports
• Use of emulators/simulators and tools such as Charles or Proxyman
• Testing the backend, sending and reading API requests with Postman, working with databases (CRUD)
• Basic bash/zsh commands
