Junior Sales Account Manager

About the role

As a member of the MTS Hotel Supply sales team, you will help expand our customer base and support the hospitality sector across Egypt. This junior position involves daily field visits to hotels, restaurants, cafes and other HORECA clients to present our product range.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations and quotations.
• Generate sales orders and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Follow up with clients on order status, payments and overall satisfaction.
• Introduce new products and promotions to clients.
• Build long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers in the hospitality sector.
• Maintain accurate sales records using Odoo CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report activity to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of field sales experience, preferably in HORECA, FMCG or B2B distribution.
• Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Presentable, reliable, self‑motivated and comfortable with continuous customer visits.
• Owns a car (optional but advantageous).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using a CRM system, preferably Odoo.
