Junior Sales Representative

About the role

The Junior Sales Representative is a full‑time hybrid position based in Heliopolis, combining on‑site client visits with some work‑from‑home flexibility. You will promote Aromatica 360’s scent‑marketing and odor‑control solutions to new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads, conduct sales calls and in‑person meetings.
• Prepare proposals and quotations, follow up on opportunities and support the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and after‑sales follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and coordinate with operations and customer‑support teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Participate in product training sessions and internal sales meetings.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication with confident presentation abilities.
• Organizational and time‑management skills, able to manage multiple opportunities and keep accurate documentation.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts, brand or customer experience; interest in scent marketing is an advantage.
• Prior internship or 1–2 years of sales or customer‑facing experience is a plus; relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred but not mandatory.
