Junior Supply Planner – Nonstick

About the role

Join Groupe SEB as a Junior Supply Planner focused on the non‑stick product line. You will support the planning team in building solid supply planning fundamentals and improving forecasting and inventory management across our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate supply plans using MRP principles.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and inventory control for non‑stick products.
• Analyze data to identify gaps and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure alignment.
• Gradually take ownership of planning activities and make independent decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory control or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory management and production planning processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
