Junior Warehouse Operations Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Warehouse Operations Associate to support daily store and warehouse activities. The role focuses on accurate inventory handling, efficient order picking and packing, basic reporting, and strict adherence to health, safety, security, and environmental policies.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision.
• Check, dispatch, and load outgoing shipments against documentation.
• Perform warehouse tasks such as scanning, labeling, wrapping, and stock handling.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies.
• Support stock replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Investigate and report stock variances, damages, or defects.
• Follow all warehouse processes, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Use warehouse equipment safely and responsibly while adhering to HSSE policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution centers, retail operations, inventory management, stock control, picking, packing, replenishment, cycle counts, or stock verification.
