About the role
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our most important clients in the leather and advertising sectors. Based in Cairo, you will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction while identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow key client accounts, maintaining strong, long‑term relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within current accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality service and solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 + years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Organised, proactive and results‑driven mindset.
