About the role
The Key Account Manager will lead and expand Bonn Medical Industries’ relationships with major retail chains, hyper‑markets and modern trade accounts across Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior commercial leadership, the role focuses on driving sales growth, improving product visibility and ensuring successful execution of account plans.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers in major retail and modern trade accounts.
- Develop and implement account growth plans, identifying new distribution and sales opportunities.
- Lead commercial negotiations, annual business planning and achieve sales targets for assigned accounts.
- Secure product listings, coordinate promotional activities and monitor in‑store execution and shelf presence.
- Analyse sales performance, account profitability and market trends; prepare forecasts and performance reports.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and Production to ensure smooth account execution and support new product launches.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Modern Trade, FMCG, Healthcare or Cosmetics.
- Proven track record managing retail chains, hyper‑markets or large commercial accounts.
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
