Key Account Manager

About the role

Huawei is seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with major clients. You will act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring that client needs are understood and met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture trusting relationships with key clients.
• Resolve client issues and complaints promptly.
• Understand client needs and anticipate changes.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments.
• Lead the account team assigned to each client.
• Strategically plan to improve client outcomes and negotiate contracts.
• Manage internal and external budgets related to each account.
• Collaborate with design, sales, marketing, logistics and other teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to maximize profit.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and initiatives.
