Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, building and maintaining strategic client relationships. You will own end‑to‑end logistics operations for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless shipment execution, documentation, and milestone tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate across regulatory, finance, freight, warehouse, and trucking teams to guarantee flawless delivery.
• Manage IOR/EOR customs clearance coordination and follow‑up on regulatory submissions.
• Handle invoicing, statement of account reconciliation, and collections within agreed timelines.
• Lead onboarding of new accounts and support portfolio expansion when assigned.
• Oversee shipment execution, documentation, and milestone tracking for high‑volume accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management and logistics; IOR/EOR experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record managing major accounts with high shipment volumes and complex operational requirements.
• Strong understanding of Egyptian customs clearance, import documentation, and freight coordination.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across several accounts simultaneously without losing quality.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, supply chain, or a related field.
