Key Account Manager – Retail Hair Care

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead and expand our retail partnerships for a fast‑growing hair‑care portfolio. You will act as the primary liaison between our brand and key retailers, ensuring strong collaboration and market success.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with major retail accounts and distributors.
- Negotiate trade terms, product listings, and joint business plans.
- Drive sell‑in and sell‑out performance across the hair‑care range.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Background in retail and consumer electronics; experience in beauty, personal care, or hair care is a strong plus.
- Existing relationships with hair‑care retailers, distributors, or wholesalers are highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
