Key Account Specialist (Pharmacies & Stores)

About the role

The Key Account Specialist will manage and grow pharmacy and retail store accounts, ensuring strong sales performance, optimal product availability, and consistent brand representation. You will also supervise beauty advisors and coordinate trade‑marketing activities across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee product coding, registration, and order creation for seamless operations.
• Track sales‑out performance, monitor stock levels, and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Ensure efficient distribution of goods to all branches and supervise category management for Pharma and Non‑Pharma products.
• Collaborate with visual merchandisers to maintain effective in‑store displays and execute promotional offers.
• Plan and conduct branch visits, evaluate beauty advisors’ performance, and organize promotional events.
• Provide product‑knowledge training, conduct competitor analysis, and gather market insights.
• Execute trade‑marketing campaigns, ensure proper product placement, and evaluate promotion effectiveness.
• Conduct competitor analysis, monitor market trends, collect customer feedback, and prepare performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in cosmeceuticals, FMCG, or pharmacy chains.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Experience handling key accounts or modern trade is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
