Key Experts Specialist – Cairo

About the role

The Key Experts Specialist will be based in Cairo and will lead the promotion and sales of Sandoz’s pharmaceutical portfolio to doctors, pharmacists and key healthcare institutions. You will combine field sales expertise with strategic account management to grow market share and ensure profitable pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to promote products to physicians, specialists and pharmacists.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts such as hospitals, clinics and pharmacies.
• Conduct product presentations, educate healthcare professionals on product benefits and features.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide field insights for promotional materials.
• Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts in partnership with market access and product managers.
• Perform regular business reviews, analyse sales data and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide feedback to brand teams on product positioning and competitive advantages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales and key account management, preferably in specialty areas (oncology, immunology, biosimilars, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, therapeutic areas and healthcare trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
