Kids Club Manager

About the role

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Kids Club Manager to lead our children’s entertainment and care program at a high‑class resort in Hurghada. You will be responsible for designing engaging activities, ensuring safety standards, and delivering an exceptional guest experience for families.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a multicultural team of activity coordinators and caregivers.
• Design, schedule and implement daily activity programmes for various age groups.
• Maintain the highest standards of child safety, hygiene, risk management and emergency procedures.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to feedback.
• Manage resources, budgets and inventory for the kids club.
• Collaborate with other resort departments to integrate children’s services into the overall guest offering.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in kids‑club operations within 5‑star hotels or luxury resorts.
• University degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, Educational Sciences, Recreation, Tourism or a related field.
• Proven ability to develop creative, age‑appropriate programmes and improve existing offerings.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with an international guest profile and multicultural teams.
• Fluent English; additional Russian, German or Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to reside long‑term in Egypt and adapt to high‑season demands.

Required skills

• First Aid certification (preferred).
• Child Protection certification (preferred).
