Land Sport Animator

About the role

The Land Sport Animator will design, coordinate and lead a variety of sports and recreational activities for guests of the Swissotel Sharm El Sheikh All‑Inclusive Collection. Working in a luxury resort environment, you will ensure guests of all ages enjoy safe, engaging and memorable sport experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate sports and recreational programs for different age groups and skill levels.
• Plan, organize and oversee sports events such as tournaments, competitions and recreational activities.
• Interact with guests to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience, motivating participants throughout the activities.
• Promote sports activities via bulletin boards, social media and newsletters.
• Provide training sessions, teach new techniques and help participants improve performance.
• Maintain and manage all necessary sports equipment, ensuring it is safe and readily available.
• Observe participant performance, give constructive feedback and support skill development.
• Collaborate with health staff, service providers and administrators to ensure smooth coordination of activities.

Required profile

• A degree in Physical Education, Sports Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in organizing sports activities or similar environments is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, ability to motivate others and good organisational abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of sports safety procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly to changing conditions and solve problems effectively.
• Personal traits: initiative, flexibility and a positive, motivating attitude.
