Land Surveyor – Immediate Start

About the role
Al Safwa Construction is seeking a qualified Land Surveyor to join its team immediately. The position is based in the New Administrative Capital and is ideal for candidates who thrive on precision and enjoy working on large‑scale construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Operate Total Station and Level equipment to capture accurate field measurements.
- Produce and update AutoCAD drawings, including shop drawings and as‑built documentation.
- Manage survey data using Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Interpret technical drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare as‑built drawings and support efficient hand‑over of completed works.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented professional with proven experience in land surveying.
- Strong hands‑on background with Total Station and Level devices.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and high competency in Excel.
- Ability to read and execute shop drawings accurately.
- Experience delivering as‑built drawings and coordinating project hand‑overs.
